I've tried a variety of methods for build forms in Word but I can't find a good way to make a Word doc that Phantom will process to build a form.
Table cells with underlines sort of works but the underlining is not correctly align with the create form field (underline is indented on both ends.) Is this a known feature? Fix available?
ActiveX text boxes are not recognize. Standard drawing text boxes are not recognized.
I suppose plain text spaces with underscores may work, but I'd like the form to be useful in Word as well as being a base document for PDF forms.
Is there another Word feature that converts well to PDF forms?
Is there a techniques blog that might cover this?
Thanks!
