How to Rotate a PDF and save it in Foxit Phantom

How can I rotate a PDF and save it in Foxit Phantom? It seems silly that it does not have this capability, but I cannot find a way to do it. What am I missing?

Under Organize menu, there is rotate pages feature, which allows you to rotate pages you like.
