  • Multiple Signatures

Does Foxit PhantomPDF support multiple signatures? For instance a form that an Employee signs, protecting some of the cells, and then the supervisor signs protecting the entire document.
Adding a signature field gives options to which fields to set read-only, we leads me to believe that it might be possible to do.

    Hi Darry,
Yes, now Foxit PhantomPDFsupport multiple signatures, after you add a signature field, right click the field, select Properties>signed, mark some of fields as read-only when signed, then these fields will be protected and do not allow to change, please try this to see if it meets your requirement.

I've created 2 signature fields, 1 for the employee which sets all fields as read-only except for the Supervisor Signature and Approved Date Fields. And the Supervisor Signature which sets all fields read only. However once I sign the Employee Signature Field, the entire document is protected. The supervisor signature field acts like it can be clicked, but does nothing. The date field isn't even visible anymore.
