Feature Can't Find OCR under EDIT Tab

I want to make a document OCR after scanned previously without. Looked in the manual and it said go to EDIT>OCR. I have the latest version and I do not see that. Anyone know where to find it?

'OCR' is available in Foxit PhantomPDF Standard Edition and Business Edition. You may have downloaded the Express Edition. Could you please check which version you've installed?
1) For Standard Edition, you need to install the OCR add-on manually. Please access this link to download the OCR add-on:

http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/

(You can open Foxit PhantomPDF->go to 'Help'->'Install Updates...' then select the downloaded .fzip add-on to install.)
2) For Business Edition, the OCR add-on has already been included in the package, you don't need the extra step to install the OCR manually.
