Insert images into fillable form

Dear Rana,

Do you mean you want to create a fillable field which just use to insert images in your form file?
If yes, sorry, now we do not have the feature, you can use Foxit PhantomPDF to insert images by the following two ways;
1. Add Images tool under the Edit menu.( available in Business edition only )
2. Image Annotation under the Edit menu.

Hello,
I am trying to make a fillable section were I can insert pictures from my computer/ phone into the fill form. Not a logo.
It's kind of like a house inspection form. Where I take pictures of the house and insert them into the form
