    Hi cherry,
I have sent my request to Foxit support for the internal version as per your suggestion. Standing by to see if there is a response. Cheers

    Hi euva,

Please write to [email protected] to obtain a copy of Foxit PhantomPDF internal version for testing then send us the feedback regarding how Foxit PhantomPDF will work with Cannon MG6250. Thank you.

    Having the same issue here.
Running Win7 64bit. Foxit phantom standard 64bit V5.1.2. Scanner is Canon MG6250 with up to date driver.
Foxit worked with my other scanner, an Epson V300.
Canon scanner can be controlled by other programs.
Even though Foxit displays the scanner interface, it locks up.
    Could this be a 64-bit v 32 bit issue?
I discovered that 32-bit PDF Xchange works the Canon, but the 64-bit version does not.
Would installing the 32 bit version of Foxit be worth trying?
