Bug Problem opening pdf files generated scanner and then resaved in Foxit Phantom PDF

Hi all.

We have some problems opening pdf files generated in a Gestetner scanner/copier machine and then opened and resaved in Foxit Phantom PDF.
Does anyone know if there has been any issues regarding the above ?
