Feature Removing Extended Features

I am using Foxit PhantomPDF to modify a PDF that had exteneded features. After saving, all users get the following message when opening the PDF in Adobe Reader: This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was creatd and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of the document.

I do NOT need the the form data to be saved by the user. I just want to eliminate this message.

Other internet posts speak of turning off Usage Rights. How do i use Foxit to prevent the display of this message?
