Bug Activation lost after update from inside programm

After updating my PhantomPDF Business 32Bit on Win 7 from inside the programm today to version 5.4.2.0918 reverts it to evaluation mode loosing my license and activation information.
Earlier updates worked.
You use an activation counter? Is it possible to use my registration key again without incrementing this counter?
I`m using eval mode now waiting for your advice.

Sorry for the trouble this may cause you.It will not happen in future update, now, please send your activation code to [email protected] and describe your situation so we could reset it for you and you can re-activate it.
