FAQ highlight underline text

Is there any way that clients filling in the form can highlight or underline text - could you tell me how to achieve this?

I cant upload the pdf as is too large but you can download the pdf here http://www.eatupyourgreens.org/index.php/contact/ and the text i would like to be able to underline is on page 2 under "body scan".

We fail to access the link you provided.You can check whether the file is protected or scanned or not by below instructions.
1.See if the file has permission security allowing comment on it. Please open Foxit program ,go to File>Properties>Security, where you can view the security settings placed on the document.
2.See if it's an image or scanned file. The underline tool is available for text exclusively. It will underline nothing if it is an image. See how to check out if the content is text or not, please press CTRL+6, if it displays blank page which means the file is an image or scanned file.

Hi - have tested the link and you can download the pdf - security settings are ALL ALLOWED

BUT you cant sign (security settings prevent adding text/pr placing sig from adobe reader????) PLUS you cant highlight any text?
