Feature x64 and x86 version - How do I choose... what are the differences?

I have windows 7, 64 bit version.

My question is about how to determine whether I want the x64 or x86 version of PhantomPDF.

I run 32 bit (x86) versions of several browsers such as Internet explorer. Does that mean that I need the x86 version so that it will work with my web browser?

Also, when or why would I want to use the x64 version?

Hi pjbrownva,

You can simply right-click 'Computer' at your desktop, then click on 'Properties' to check your system type. If it says 64-bit Operating System, please download the Foxit PhantomPDF installer for 64 bits OS. This version will work with your IE browser.
(Normally in 64-bit OS, we have two IE browsers, one is x86 version, the one is native 64-bit version.)
