  • crash Foxit PhantomPDF will not start

    Hello, we are facing from time to time the Issue that several Users can't start the Foxit PhantomPDF Business Application. We have it installed on a Windows 2003 Server SP 2 64bit with Citrix Presentation Server 4.5.

    For the user we have already provided him with a new userprofile. No change the tool till didn't start.

    Any idea?

    Hi Andreas,

    Could you please let us know if there is any error message when the users try to launch the program? Did it occur to any PDF document? What about the result if users try to right-click on the PDF document to 'Open'?
