Hello, we are facing from time to time the Issue that several Users can't start the Foxit PhantomPDF Business Application. We have it installed on a Windows 2003 Server SP 2 64bit with Citrix Presentation Server 4.5.
For the user we have already provided him with a new userprofile. No change the tool till didn't start.
Any idea?
