Ability to adust the Row height of what is highlighted

I'm using the latest, version 5.1.4.0104

When I highlight a row, it highlights up into the row above.

Please see attached screen shot. Is there a way to adjust the height of what it highlights?

May i have a look at the file sample that caused this issue for a further testing?The file you send us is only for internal use, thank you.
