How do I open an embedded internet link inside a PDF?

When I download a PDF file that contains links to outside (internet) pages, how can I click on the link to access it. What is the setting to allow this?

Please open Foxit Reader->'File'->'Preferences'->'Trust Manager'->untick 'Enable Safe Reading Mode' and try again. Thank you.
