Feature No Foxit Reader In MS Publisher

I am running Windows 7 64-bit and IE9. In my Office programs, Foxit Reader imbeds itself except for Publisher 2010. Why isn't it in the menu bar there like the other Office programs? I purchased Publisher separately from my Office suite.

Currently Foxit Reader icon doesn't support to be added to Publisher. Please try to use the second way, open the Publisher document then print with Foxit PDF Reader Printer to convert the document into PDF's. Thank you.
