Bug loading very large pdf file to shell extension makes system freeze

hi
i had large pdf files made from many pictures and the size is very large (4Gb more) the thumbs preview is ok.
when loading large pdf file to shell extension makes the system total freeze and finally loaded the shell preview won't show any thing.
maybe the foxitprevhost.exe loading the whole file makes the problem?
due to i had many large pdf files and need to use previwe for choosing the right file, could you fix this problem ?

Could you please let us know the following info?
1) Version info of your current Foxit Reader;
2) OS info. (E.g. WIN7, 32-bit);
3) Can the preview be loaded fine if it is a small document which is MB level?
4) To which email did you sent was recognized as spam? Please try to email to [email protected].
