  • Command line param to use with "/disallow" and suppress the GoogleChrome installation

For Foxit Reader 6.0.5.0618 EXE Installer,

Is there any command line parameters to use with "/disallow" and suppress the Google Chrome browser installation during the silent Install

    Hi NewTech,

I encourage you to fill out the form at the link below to get a .msi installer.
Enterprise Foxit PDF Reader is developed on the basis of non-enterprise Foxit PDF Reader , but it extends the usability and performance Enterprise Foxit PDF Reader provides advanced tools equipped with proactive security features, and is fully featured with solutions such as RMS Protection, GPO Control, XML Control, and other PDF viewing needs of enterprises and governments.

Then you simply install it via command line would be fine. The .msi installer doesn't include Google Chrome browser. Hope it helps. Thank you.

Hi Cherry thanks for the reply,

After the registration i received an email with link to 6.0.3.0524 not to 6.0.5.0618 version, Does this mean Foxit Enterprise Reader is not yet updated to 6.0.5

Is the Enterprise MSI a free version of Foxit Reader or do we need to purchase a license.

        Hi NewTech,

That form submission should always send out the .msi installer of the most current version. Foxit Reader Enterprise program itself is free, but we may charge some support and maintenance fee if the enterprise/organization needs advance support. You can use Foxit Reader Enterprise MSI without purchasing a license and you can contact [email protected] if you'd like to purchase the support and maintenance.
