Introduction:
We are facing a weird problem with 1% of our users, as they are not able to print the documents easily using with Foxit Reader alongside with version Foxit SDK ActiveX v5.1.
On clicking the print button, we have a method PrintWithDialog() on the back-end. On clicking, an access Violation Exception is shown and whole application goes into hanging state.
The PrintDialog is not working properly. There is no way found to restored the system (other than restarting or task manager, neither input from computer mouse or keyboard or plugging off the printer).
The stacktrace for the problem is:

We can't know about the problem as only few users are facing it and we can't debug until we don't know fully about the issue. We have tested the app extensively during the development phase.
Also the Foxit is not helping in any way. Right now, whole operations of the team are standstill, as we can't provide application to new users as well support to the existing ones.
Solution Tried:
1- I have tried out with Windows 7 and Group Policy print settings through control pannel.
2- The problem goes away, if the user try to restart the printer/reinstall the driver.
But the problem came back in a day or 2.
Simple example:
One of our customers is militarybases. When they have to print a webpage using our application. They will insert the web page url to the site into application textbox and hit the print button. But, when there is this issue ^^. The application hangs.
Note: Only Foxit is not performing well in the situation. Rest of the software including Adobe Acrobat, MS word, notepad or other processors are working fine.
That's the reason, I am posting this issue on the forum.
