Bug foxit plugin in word

Even after uninstall, after deleting all from APPDATA and LOCALSETTINGS I still have menu Foxit Reade PDF in Word 2003, see image attached. Pls advise how to fix. Thank you.

Foxit 5.x, 6x, xpsp3, office 2003

Right click the icon on toolbar, select customize, right click icon again and select delete. Close customize window.
