  • Foxit reader download very slow, so slow that it dies, other downloads work fine

    I'm on the Telstra network in Australia and having trouble downloading foxit reader from https://www.foxitsoftware.com/downlo...nguage=English

    It is really awfully slow, so slow that the downloads are dropping out.

    Every other download I've tried from other sites works fast, but not yours. I don't believe the problem is on my end.

    Here's a traceroute from me to the server:

    $ tracert www.foxitsoftware.com

    Tracing route to dns-lb02.foxitsoftware.com [64.62.153.132]

    Trace complete.

    Additionally on download, Foxit have a web page that comes up asking for feedback about the download - see the attached screenshot. The submit button on that page isn't actually submittable. Clicking Submit does nothing.

    Actually, we provide several available download server lines, if the download speed is not ideal for you, you can try other server lines. Please click here to see how to change server line.
    The submit button works fine on my side now, could you please try it again? Thanks.
