Typing on a slant.

Dear sjm512,

If you have our Foxit PhantomPDF installed on your computer,please do as follows to type a slanted line of texts:
Go to "Edit"tab in Foxit PhantomPDF>"Add Text">please input a line of texts in PDF file,then please click on "Edit"tab again>"Edit Object">"Text",please single click on the texts that you have inputted to make it to be selected,then please move your mouse cursor to the rotation control handle icon,then please rotate the line of texts there.

Is there a way to type on a sloping or slanted line? Lacking this is there a way to partial rotate a drawing and typing conventionaly, then have the drawing to text relationship remain?
