Highlight: needs a keyboard shortcut!

We could right-click on the blank area of the toolbar, then click "Customize Quick Access Toolbar"->"Keyboard"->choose "Comment" under "Categories" then assign a shortcut for Highlight tool. Please give it a try. Thank you.

I am reading scientific books, which I abundantly highlight (and occasionally annotate).

The clicking-mousing could be simplified, from
Select, MouseRight, Highlight
to
Select, Ctl-somekey.


Faster, more user-friendly.
