  • The "Open" option is missing when downloading a PDF.

    Hi,

There are specific websites, like banking websites, that do not open PDFs in a browser. Instead, when you select the pdf for download, the browser will normally give you the option to Open, Save or Cancel. This will happen if I have Adobe reader installed.
But when I remove Adobe reader and install Foxit Reader, I only get the option to Save or Cancel. So "Open" is missing.

This also happens on a fresh Windows 7 installation with only foxit reader installed.

I'm using Internet Explorer 10 and Foxit Reader 6.0.5.0618.

    Please advice.

    Hi nazg82,

Please make a screenshot of the problem and provide the url of the PDF document on the banking website for processing. You may email the info to [email protected].
