How do I stop the safe reading mode dialog from coming up when I open a document?

I do NOT want to disable safe reading mode, I just want it to quit coming up with a dialog box. Yes, its in safe reading mode. Yes, it won't run JavaScript functions unless I enable them. That's fine, I don't care. Stop making me click OK every time I open a document!
