crash Foxit Reader Crashs by Closing Reader with Two or more Tabs

Hello Community!

I am using the foxit reader version 5.1.4.0104 in english. When I have opened two or more tabs (pdf's) and close the whole foxit reader, it crashs. This is very annoying because the debugger opens all the time...
Is this problem known? Do you guys need any dump file or something?

I dont know why it crashs. The two-pdf-case is not reproducable.

Can you always reproduce it?If no, maybe it is just one-off issue and restart the program can fix it.
If it crashes often, would you mind uninstalling it manually and reinstalling it then try again?

Yeah, it happens 90% of the time, when reading pdf's and closing foxit. I will reinstall the reader and hope that it's gone...I will keep you informed

This Thread can be closed now. Interresting, that most of Windows problems are solved by just reinstall the application^^

Foxit crashes on closing

I am using 5.1.4.0104 and I have been having the same crashing problem for several months. Its become a real pain in the butt and I am now looking for some other program to use.

Would you mind uninstalling it manually and reinstalling it then try again? Sometimes, reinstallation may fix some unknown issue.
