Bug Can't Change Default Typewriter Tool Properties in version 6.1.1.1031

Love the typewriter tool for filling in old PDF forms but it comes up in light blue which prints as a fuzzy gray dot matrix on my old HP Laserjet. In previous versions I could change the properties to black italics and save them but the version above ignores those changes even when I check the box "Set Current Properties as Default." Is this a bug or am I just stupid?

Normally your settings of the typewriter tool will retain until you make the change. Could you please help check if your Foxit Reader was 'Run as administrator'? Please let us know.
