Bug Program doesn't remember assigned shortcut for 'paste clipboard image as stamp'

Hi Foxit,
I find the new command 'paste clipboard image as stamp' extremely useful. I'd like to assign a shortcut to it, but discovered that the program won't remember what I assigned - the command becomes 'unassigned' when I close and relaunch the program.
I'd appreciate it if you could look into this. Thanks so much in advance.
