  • preview in windows

Hi, i have an issue in windows. since an upload from foxit that pushed me to install a software (i don't remember if it was phantom or whichelse because i've uninstalled it..)
I can't see anymore the big preview in the folder windows.
I was using to consult the pdf by using foxit to sceen the preview of the file in the right side of the folder windows and if I move the column it aoutomaticaly scale up (or down) the picture in order to maximize the space so that i can directly read from the preview and easily identify the file.
Now even if I enlarge the space the image remain small.
Please can someone help me in the big issue?

    Thanks, best regards.

If the solution mentioned in the KB article doesn't help, I would encourage you to perform a fresh re-installation of the software. You may remove your existing version from Control Panel->Programs and Features then download a new setup package of Foxit Reader 9.5.0 from Foxit website to install:
        https://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
(During the installation, please make sure "Shell Extensions" is checked.)
Please let us know if it helps. Thank you.

My preview for PDF was split up with a half blank column in file explorer, but full display with PPT. Is there any way to fix it? Thank you.

Thank you for your suggestion, but it doesn't work. My windows was already the latest version (win 10 1909), too.
