Bug Are they ever going to fix bug where you lose all preferences when you upgrade?

It's been a problem for several years now. I wait a long time between updates because it's such a hassle to do all my settings, preferences and toolbars over on all of my computers.

The settings under Preferences and toolbar mode can be remembered when you update to Foxit Reade 6.1.

Sorry, Cherry, but I just updated from 6.1 to 7.1 and lost most of my personalizations. I prefer classic view, but that's easy to switch. My toolbar customizations were lost, but my preferences seem to have survived updating.

Sorry for the inconvenience. When you update from version 6 to version7, the customized toolbars will not be kept, but the preferences setting will be kept, and I have reported your requirement to our team,they will consider it in future version.

If you are in ribbon mode, you can export and import the customizations by right-clicking toolbar and going to Customize tools>Customize ribbon.
