Remove Foxit shell extensions

I have uninstalled Foxit Reader, but now I cannot open PDF attachments within Outlook 2010.

When I go into Help > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Attachment Handling > Attachment and Document Previewers, I still see Foxit entries there. How can these be removed?

Was there any error message when you try to open PDF attachment from within Outlook 2010? Please make a screenshot of the mentioned Foxit entries in Attachment Handling. Thank you in advance.
