Win 8.1 Foxit crash on every start

I like Foxit Reader. But under Win 8.1, it isnt possible to start Foxit reader. Are ther any solutions for this?

I start it as admin, tryed compatibily modes. I wouldn work.

I also use windows 8.1 but I have no problems at all with foxit reader (last version). It seems to be an individual problem.
