  • Printing out of Foxit Reader = catastrophe

    Hi,

    this is my first posting in this forum. Please be kind because I'm not a native speaker, I'm German ;-)

    The Problem: Foxit seems to be unable to print two DIN A4 pages minimized to DIN A5 (DIN A5 is exactly the half of DIN A4) on one DIN A4 page without massive errors.

    In short: it embezzles the contents of more than a centimeter (nearly half an inch) of the whole left side of the printed page.

    Does anybody know about a solution for this problem? Or is this just a very FAT bug?

    Equipment: Windows XP (all updates installed), Epson Acculaser C1700.

    Sorry to write this here but Adobe Reader XI works without a flaw on the same machine in this regard...

    Hi Kulle,

    Please untick 'Print as image' in print dialog to check if this setting helps. If the issue persists, please send us following info:
    1) A copy of the mentioned PDF document for internal test only;
    2) A screenshot of the print dialog;
    3) A screenshot/image of the problematic printout;
    4) Your printer info.
