Wacom Digitizer in PDF for comments - disable Touchscreen

I would like to use foxit reader to write comments direct in the pdf with my wacom digitizer (notebook with Wacom digitizer and touchscreen).
Is this digitizer not support?

When I use the PENCIL Tool at the moment, the Wacom Stylus only interacts with the touchscreen and not with the digitizer. This is unfortunately very inaccurate and my hand on the screen also causes unwanted points and lines..

Is there a way to allow only the Wacom Digitzer to interact with the pencil-tool (like it is in OneNote)?
