Resolved Foxit Reader does not open PDFs from Dropbox anymore

Edit: Logging out and logging back in seems to have fixed it for now...

I have just experienced a bug with Foxit that I have never encountered before. I have my Dropbox synced with the application and was previously able to open PDF from Dropbox and they would open and save to Dropbox just fine.

Now when I open a PDF from Dropbox through Foxit Reader, nothing happens. The window closes and no PDF shows. I tried seeing if it was a problem with all PDFs reading in Foxit by dragging in a native PDF file, and that opened up just fine.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

I have the same issue. I already uninstalled Foxit and Dropbox and reinstalled again. Nothing changes. It says "Processing" but does not open the pdf file from Dropbox. It opens pdf files from the app itself, like the file Get Started.

Sorry for the trouble. Would you please help to make a video that shows how to reproduce the problem for our referencing? You may use the LiceCap tool to generate an animated gif

And let me know the version of Foxit Reader you use. Does it happen to any pdf file in your Dropbox?
