New Foxit Reader 6 Produces Runtime Error "DD_belatedPNG"

Having downloaded; from this Foxit website, the new Foxit Reader today (Jan 1, 2014), it was disappointing to discover that launching the Foxit Reader program produces the following error (ref. the error text below and the accompanying screen image attached to this post).

A Runtime Error has occurred.
Line: 28
Error: 'DD_belatedPNG' is undefined

Note that this error occurs only when attempting to launch Foxit Reader.
The associated PC uses Windows XP with all service packs and updates current as of Jan 1, 2014.

Your resolution to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding "... please perform a fresh re-installation of Foxit Reader 6.1.2 ..." -
the Foxit Reader was uninstalled and re-installed (i.e., a fresh re-installation) prior to submitting the original post.

Regarding "... write to ..." -
Foxit's own forum cannot be used for this purpose?

I have made reinstallation 2- times. Nothing new has happened. Try to open program with "Open in sandbox".
