How on Earth Do I Delete a Signature?

I've just placed a signature in my document using Protect > PDF Sign. I've decided its' quality is not high enough, and it is badly aligned, so I want to delete it. How can I do that?

I found the only way to do this is to create a small, plain white rectangle as a jpg (using Photoshop, Paint, whatever). Create a custom stamp using said white rectangle, and use that to 'white-out' the signature.

Hi guys,

Once the signature been applied to the document, the signature can not be removed. The workaround is to use the way iannicholson mentioned or use the Redaction feature in Foxit PhantomPDF Business edition.
