With Foxit is there any way to have pdf's take up the entire preview pane window like Adobe Reader. Currently I preview a PDF with foxit it appears to just show a larger thumbnail...also there doesn't seem to be a way to scroll through multi-page pdf's in the preview pane. It only appears to show the first page.
