'From Clipboard' button is greyed out

We run Foxit on different XP desktop machines and one has an issue where the 'from clipboard' button is greyed out. Additionally when I drag a pdf from Explorer there is no insertion point only the pointer+. When I let go of the left mouse button whatever pdf I'm trying to insert opens in a new tab.

It is the same issue in both toolbar modes.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

Version is Foxit Reader V6.1.2.1224

Hi Graham,

Your may try to cut/copy something and there's info in the clipboard, then the "From Clipboard" button will become active. For drag an drop to insert PDF pages, the feature is available in Foxit PhantomPDF not Foxit Reader, that's why there's no insertion point. Foxit PhantomPDF is free try out, you may give it a try at your convenience.
