Feedback Full Screen button on window header doesn't play nice with UltraMon

As a developer, I require multiple monitors when working. I use UltraMon to enhance Windows7 by expanding the taskbar across all monitors (only showing windows for that monitor) and to add new buttons next to the minimize button to span windows across all monitors or move to a specific monitor. Foxit Reader is the only app I know of that doesn't play nice with other 3rd party apps that enhance the title bar. Is there a way to disable the button since it's definitely not needed (we already have access to the functionality by pressing F11) ?
