How I can copy paste turkish chracter from pdf to word or excel as correct

I have some pdf documents, I wanna copy some part of text to paste to word or excel, when I paste this text I see that the turkish chracter doesnt paste as correct.
what reason cause this problem. how can paste it as correct.
