Won't remember shortcuts and custom page sizes

I have to open a prescription printing sofware files using foxit now (previously adobe). As prescriptions are not the normal size for printing, I have to do a custom size on the Paper/Quality tab. I save this and also do a shortcut on the Printing shortcuts tab. However, every day when I come back to work, it has reset itself to the default and deleted my custom settings. Is there somewhere else I need to change this? Thanks, Allison.
