Change Font for text in Note pop-up window

Hello,
I am trying to change the text font of pop-up Note windows; but to no avail.
Seemingly, there is no Comment Format menu to change the font or the font box is disabled; frustrating.
Help me on this please.

Yeah, the same problem. Font is too small by default.
