I've been trying to figure out how to do this and I can't.. I have 27,000+ pages to go through in 20 PDFs. I need to search them all for 10 specific words. The pages that have these words I need to redact and then index, but before I do that, I want to highlight them all. I have figured out how to search for the word in the document and have it show me all the pages, but how can I have Foxit Reader automatically highlight all of those found words for me?

edit: Nevermind. Found out I can do it with Acrobat X.
