  • created images with links not clickable in Firefox browser

i added some images to an already created pdf which i then uploaded for viewing in a browser. the image links are clickable in all browsers EXCEPT firefox. now, only the image links i added were not clickable. originally created links on pdf work fine. i thought it might be my IP/computer etc., so i tried it from a proxy and using TOR (which opened FF from a proxy location) but the problem was still with firefox browser. i also disabled my Norton firewall/malware but still same. i unclicked 'safe mode' viewing as well. never had problem before and haven't made any major changes to pc. firefox updated recently but i created/edited other pdfs afterwards with no problem... ALSO, the image links WORK if you download the pdf to pc.

    Hi Thealexangroup,

Could you please kindly provide the url of the PDF document you created? Please also indicate how you create the link for the images. Thank you.
