Change Layer Order In Foxit Reader

I would like to learn please how to change the layer order in Foxit reader. Is this possible?

For example I have 2 extra layers in my document, a shape and text. The text is underneath the shape and can't be seen. i would like to put the text on top of the shape.

Foxit Reader is unable to do that. You can try Foxit PDF Editor to edit it. Please download it from our website https://www.foxit.com/pdf-editor/ for 14 days free trial.

To anyone who struggles with this my workaround was:
- First use the shape/draw on anything you need to draw over
- Print as pdf
- Open the new saved pdf and you will be able to use text over it
