Since a couple of days I get an error message saying "Download unsuccesful. Please check your network and try again." when trying to update my Foxit Reader with the "Check for Update" button and the Foxit Reader Updater. My network is fine, is there a problem with the Foxit server?

Sorry for this. Please open your Reader, Check for Update again to see the result you may get (our server admin released server download bandwidth control at this time I am writing)
If you still get the error, please let me know the detailed error message or make a screenshot of it. And we need your help to download a Network Diagnostic Tool, and export the diagnosis result to us. Here are the steps:
1) Download the Network Diagnostic Tool at this page: http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/ [^ (http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/)]
2) Double-click on the EXE program to launch, input us-request.foxitservice.com in the Host filed, click on Start to diagnose. After done, click on Export TEXT to save and send it to us.
