Foxit Reader can't open Connected PDF files

Hi,

I will like to know why Foxit mobile app no longer open foxit's own protected PDFs. I am referring to PDFs protected by Connected PDF. For a few months now, the Foxit Reader app on my phone and tablet always return with the message "Failed to open this file" everytime I attempt to open a CPDF file, even when logged in.

TSOTIA , Due to a strategic adjustment of our business, the connected PDF module has been removed from Foxit apps since v11.0. For details, please refer to this artile.That is the reason why your Foxit Mobile application cannot open PDF files that are protected by connected PDF. Alright, thanks. I will go through the procedure in the link you shared and hope that I can get something similar to what I enjoyed using CPDF.
