  • Issues with print sizes

    Good day lads,

i've searched the forum but my google fu isn't up to snuff. I wanted to check if there might be an issue with printing. Before the last update Foxit kept to standard paper sizes like A3/A4 etc. and seemed like it listened to the printer in what was possible nowadays. the printer sizes don't seem to match what the printer is capabale of.

At first i thought it might be related to the document being slightly above regular page sizes but yet also before the update this wasn't an issue. and it seems that even files that are 419.9x296.9 go to the weird paper sizes. the printer then gets confused and prints to A4 without even considering turning the pages so you get half printed documents.

aside from foxit nothing changed on my part. I also tried to reinstall foxit to see if it might fix the issue. but sadly it didn't.

i love the quick commenting on foxit. the other program I use is extremely slow with the files, but now i have to comment in foxit. save and then print through the other one. so my question.

Did something change the way foxit handles PDFs? I tried contacting IT but they're stumped too.

We apologize for any difficulty using Foxit Software. Did you check the "Choose paper source by PDF page size" in the print dialog? If so, uncheck it to see if helps.
If the issue still persists, please submit the entire print setting page, particular files, and your printer properties to here, appreciate it.
