    Windows 10 (64 bit) Foxit Reader 11.2 Telstra bill (problem relates to all invoices. Open invoice with Adobe, Telstra logo displays. Open invoice with Foxit Reader, Telstra logo is missing.

    Thank you for reporting it. Would you mind creating a ticket from Create ticket to submit the original pdf file so we can forward to our team for further investigation? Thank you.

      Hello Richell, thank-you but I would not like to send the original invoice as it contains account information (name, address etc). Is there another way?

        Without the file, it would be hard for us to further investigate the issue. Do you have Foxit PDF Editor installed on your side? How about using the Redaction/Whiteout feature in Foxit PDF Editor to remove the sensitive info and send to us?

        Or how about trying to find a document without sensitive info?

          Hi Cherry, I downloaded Foxit editor. I have submitted the ticket a few minutes ago. I wrote "Att:Richell Not displaying Telstra logo on the top left hand corner". Have sent TWO files....one from 2021 which does display the Telstra logo and a 2022 invoice which does NOT display the Telstra logo. Hoping you can help.
