Automatic scrolling of pop-up comment leading to Overlapping comments

Hi,
i'm new to this forum and need help...

I have notice that comments (selecting text>>highlighting text>>double click on highlight which opens a pop-up comment) inserted in text in my pdf document automatically scrolls along the page when I scroll the page. Since I have multiple comments in same page the comments are getting overlapped as I scroll down the page. I have provided link of a picture of what i mean.

Please help!
